Disney has just revealed that one of its major theme parks located in Orlando, Florida, will be closing very soon. Following the news that Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park will be reopening, Disney just confirmed that its Blizzard Beach water park would be shutting down for a refurbishment.

While Disney could pick up and move some of its businesses from Orlando to another state, Disney World and its other theme parks aren't going anywhere. Moving all the infrastructure, including hotels, restaurants and shops as well as transportation to move guests around, just wouldn't be feasible.

Money. Building a ride takes a LOT of money. While the parks division is making some BIG bucks in terms of revenue, there's still a lot of spending Disney has to do on a regular basis just to pay the bills, pay the employees, maintain current rides, etc.
