What size stroller is a carry-on?

Compact folding stroller that meets our size guidelines for carry-on bags (9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches or 9 inches x 10 inches x 17 inches). United accept accept one stroller or folding wagon free of charge for each child in addition to a car seat.
