The hours are usually from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. with breakfast served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and lunch and dinner between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. The full service restaurant, the Maya Grill, offers Central Mexican and American Southwestern cuisine.
