What time does EPCOT open 2023?

Guests coming to EPCOT will almost exclusively find that main park hours are typically from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. The exception is for Extending Evening Hours which are found on Monday nights at this point in time, in which the park stays open until 11:00 pm for some guests (I'll touch on this in a minute).

EPCOT is open from 9 am until 9 pm daily, which includes both the new neighborhoods at the front of the park that were formerly Future World and World Showcase. On some busy weekends and holidays, expect EPCOT to extend its closing time to 10 pm.
