What time does Jack and Sally meet and greet start?

Both the meet-and-greet and queue for Jack and Sally are entirely inside. Their line can get very long with an average wait time of two to three hours (you can check the waittime in the My Disney Experience app). They typically begin greeting around 4:30 p.m. and you can enter the line around 4 p.m. with a wristband.

Now, like I said, all these characters do have actual signatures, but for various reasons they do not sign.
