Tickets sell out especially at weekends and evenings so we recommend that you book ahead. Please note that tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. During daylight, the two parks merge seamlessly into each other, but Kensington Gardens closes at dusk, and Hyde Park remains open throughout the year from 5 a.m. until midnight.
Hyde park is generally has a very safe environment however when you say night time, it depends how late it is. Any place with very few people around even though how safe it may be appears a bit scary. So, it is advisable not to stroll in the area all alone with few people around.
Warm clothes, gloves and a hat are ideal. Also, sturdy footwear with a good grip suitable for walking on snow is recommended. Timberland type boots or Wellington boots are perfect, if not, trainers are fine but they are likely to get wet, so please bring a change of footwear.
You may only leave and then re-enter the Site during the Event at the discretion of PWR Events or the Site. Otherwise, there shall be no re-admissions or pass-outs of any kind.
