What to do in the phone booth in Universal Studios?

Potter fans probably recall that the visitor's entrance to the Ministry of Magic starts with a (seemingly ordinary) red telephone booth. One simply dials 62442 (MAGIC) to speak to a witch who issues passes and descends the phone booth underground to the ministry.
