Canceling Within 48 Hours of Your Billing Date If you're more than 48 hours away from your billing date, you're good! You can cancel your membership directly from the Uber One section in the app by navigating to “Manage Membership,” then selecting “End Membership” and confirming your decision to cancel.

You can cancel your Uber One membership at any time; however, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. If you attempt to cancel within the 24-to-48-hour window before renewal, the "Cancel" button may not be visible in the app, and you may need to contact Uber Support directly to process the request. Once canceled, your benefits—such as the $0 Delivery Fee on eligible orders and member-only pricing—will remain active until the end of your current billing period. For those on an annual plan, if you cancel within the first 30 days and have not yet used any of the Uber One benefits, you may be eligible for a full refund. It is important to note that if you are currently on a free trial, your benefits will often terminate immediately upon cancellation, so it is usually best to wait until closer to the 48-hour deadline to end a trial membership.
