When can I make Disney dining reservations if I am not staying on property?

So 60 days before the first day of your stay, you can make reservations for the whole trip, even for days that are more than 60 days out. That rule does not apply if you're staying off-property. In that case, you can make reservations 60 days in advance of each meal.
