When can you book your 2nd Lightning Lane?

For every Lightning Lane after that, book either two hours after you last booked, or after you scan in to your most recently booked Lightning Lane. By that, it means the Lightning Lane you last booked. You cannot book another Lightning Lane every time you scan into an attraction. Only after your most recently booked.
