When should I arrive at Disneyland Paris?

If you want to make the most of your day by avoiding visitor traffic at Disneyland, get up as early as possible. The park opens to the public at 10:00 am. You should keep that time in mind and arrive as early as you can to be among the first through the gates.

For the best experience in 2026, you should aim to arrive at the park gates at least 45 to 60 minutes before the official opening time. This is known as "rope dropping" and allows you to be among the first in line for headliner attractions like Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure or Crush’s Coaster, which often see wait times exceed 90 minutes within the first hour. If you are staying at an on-site Disney Hotel, you have access to Extra Magic Time, which typically starts one hour before the general public. In this case, you should arrive at the turnstiles 30 minutes before your exclusive entry window begins. Arriving early also gives you a chance to clear security and the bag check area—located at the entrance to Disney Village—before the mid-morning rush. If you are traveling from central Paris via the RER A train, plan to be on a train by 7:30 AM to ensure you reach the Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station with plenty of time to spare. Starting your day early is the most effective way to maximize your ticket value before the heavy crowds arrive around 11:00 AM.
