Where are Disney Gift Cards not accepted?

If Disney doesn't own the entity, it might accept the gift cards, but it might not. In another example, at Walt Disney World, the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve hotels (which are not owned by Disney) do not accept Disney Gift Cards as payment for their rooms or in their restaurants.
