Where can I get allergy medicine at Disney World?

First aid centers are staffed by registered nurses and offer free minor medical care, including over-the-counter medications for headache, allergy, and tummy troubles… plus other healthcare items such as bandages and ice packs for minor cuts and bruises.

The First Aid centers in all the parks have a supply of over-the-counter medications. If you are in a resort, you will find some basic supplies of pain relievers and cold and allergy remedies for sale in the gift shops.

To get a DAS pass, you'll have to go to Guest Relations at Disney. We know it can be anxiety-inducing to even tell someone you have an anxiety disorder, but rest assured that the Cast Members will be understanding and judgment free. They just want to help make your experience more magical!

(Updated May 2, 2023.) The refillable mug system is pretty simple: you buy the mug or have it provided to you via the Disney Dining Plan (temporarily unavailable) and then are entitled to unlimited refills at the Walt Disney World hotels for the duration of your stay.
