Weather permitting, there are fireworks at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT every evening. While you would need a valid theme park admission ticket and a theme park reservation to be in the park for the show, you do not need to purchase a special event ticket to enjoy the nightly show.
The fireworks experience may be changed or cancelled without prior notice. Admission is $114 per adult (ages 10 and up); $69 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included. Gratuity is not included or required. Theme park admission is required, but it is not included in the price of this event.
Firework shows happen nightly EXCEPT on nights when the park closes early (like for Mickey's-Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, or for select events like Cast Member appreciation nights). There really aren't any spots to eat and watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom.

They do not shut down attractions during parades and fireworks, unless fireworks are scheduled at/or after park closing time. This sometimes occurs with Wishes and Fantasmic. Some rides have a shorter park schedule than park hours, however this depends on travel dates.
Using the above analysis as a guide, a good daily budget for Disney is around $233 per person per day if you are traveling as a family of four, or a total of $935 for the whole family. This figure includes theme park tickets, parking, food, and spending money, but not accommodation.
