Where do I find my Global Entry number?

Global Entry Membership Information Find your Trusted Traveler's membership number by logging into your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account. The membership number is listed toward the top of the page. The membership number, also known as your PASS ID, is also on the back of Trusted Traveler cards.

Your Global Entry number is the same as your Known Traveler Number (KTN). Here are the most common places to find it:

1. On Your Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) Membership Card

The 9-digit number on the front of your physical card is your KTN/Global Entry number. It usually begins with 15, 98, or 99.

2. In Your TTP Online Account (Best Source)

  1. Go to the Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) website.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to your Dashboard.
  4. Your Membership Number (KTN) will be displayed there.

3. In Your Approval Email/Letter

Search your email for messages from “Trusted Traveler Programs” or “U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)”. Your approval or conditional approval notice should include your KTN.

4. On a Past Airline Boarding Pass

If you’ve used Global Entry for a flight, your KTN is often printed on your boarding pass. Look for a line that says “KNOWN TRAVELER” or “PASS ID”.

Important Format Notes:

  • It is a 9-digit numeric code (e.g., 123456789).
  • It is not the CBP PASSID (which is longer and alphanumeric) found on the back of your card.
  • It is not your membership application ID.
