In 2026, your United Club one-time passes are primarily stored digitally within the United mobile app. To find them, open the app, sign into your MileagePlus account, and navigate to the "United Club℠ & lounges" section in the main menu or under your account profile. If you earned these passes through a Chase United credit card (like the United Explorer Card), they are automatically deposited into your digital wallet once your account anniversary is reached. You can also find them by searching your email for a confirmation from "United MileagePlus" with the subject line "Your United Club passes are ready." When you arrive at a lounge, you simply display the QR code from the app to the agent for scanning. It is important to note that as of May 1, 2025, one-time passes are only valid for entry during the three hours immediately prior to your scheduled departure. Additionally, these passes cannot be used at "United Club Fly" locations or "Polaris Lounges," as those are reserved for premium cabin passengers and specific elite status levels.
