Where do I get my flight ticket after booking online?

After purchasing your ticket online, download the file and print your ticket. Passengers can find their e-ticket files in the email sent to them. For domestic flights, passengers do not have to show their e-tickets at the security checkpoints.

When you book a flight online, you do not typically receive a physical "ticket" in the mail. Instead, the airline sends a Booking Confirmation Email almost immediately to the address you provided. This email contains your Confirmation Code (PNR) and an E-ticket Number (a 13-digit code). This digital record is your official proof of purchase and is stored in the airline's database. To get your actual Boarding Pass, which is the document you need to clear security and board the plane, you must "Check In." This can be done via the airline's website or mobile app starting 24 hours before your flight. You can then download a digital boarding pass to your phone or print a paper copy. If you prefer, you can also print your boarding pass at a self-service kiosk at the airport on the day of travel using your PNR or by scanning your passport.
