Where do I pick up at Manchester Airport without paying?

There are different options for picking up passengers depending on the terminal. There is no free pick up area available at Manchester Airport, but you can also collect your friends and family from either the dedicated multi-storey at each terminal, or the arrivals car parks.

All passengers can use our free Drop Off area, located in JetParks 1. A free shuttle bus will take passengers to their terminal, with journeys taking around 6 minutes. The shuttle bus service runs 24/7, with marshals on hand to assist.

T1 Arrivals Car Park To pick up passengers from Terminal 1, follow T1 signposts once you reach the airport. When you come to the traffic lights, go straight ahead. You should pass the Hilton Hotel on your left. Turn right at the roundabout, and then take the next left to reach the T1 Arrivals car park.

Manchester Airport is to close its Terminal Two again in response to changing travel patterns during the COVID-19 crisis. Terminals Two and Three were re-opened in July, after being closed at the start of the pandemic but now Manchester, the UK's third busiest airport, is closing Terminal Two again from 2 September.
