Renting a locker at Disneyland is a convenient way to store extra purchases, jackets, coolers for snacks and any other items you don't want to carry in the parks! There are multiple locations inside Disneyland and California Adventure to rent lockers with two sizes offered.

There are lockers inside both parks as well as outside the Disneyland Park entrance. The prices of locker rentals range from $7-15/day, depending on locker size (prices subject to change.) All in all, I would say a reasonably sized backpack should be fine to take aboard attractions with you. The smaller the better.

Should I bring a small bag to Disney? Walt Disney World does allow guests to bring a bag with them to every attraction in the theme parks. Smaller bags may be easier to carry around the park, but you will need to consider what items you absolutely want with you and whether they will fit in a small bag.

There are jumbo lockers available at the Disneyland Park Main Entrance for a daily rental fee. In fact, I've used one of these to hold my carry-on suitcase while I visited the parks during an extended layover. The jumbo locker measures 18 wide, 25 high and 37 deep.

Disneyland has lines for those with bags and those without. Only the people in the party with bags should get in the bags line! All others should go through the fast guests without bags line and wait on the other side of the checkpoint out of the way.

If it's small enough on many of Disney's rides you don't even need to take your purse off, which is a plus cause you'll never lose it. Or if you're a minimalist, like me, use a fanny pack or bum bag. I'm in love with this colorful Mouse Ear fanny pack. Make sure it's big enough to fit everything you need for the day.

I've worn both. I wear fanny packs/bumbags as sling bags - they will usually have you remove a fanny pack if it's actually around your waist, for a ride (they'll have you remove a backpack as well, or any bag that is between you and a lap bar). It's really not inconvenience though.

Some people like a fanny pack, but clearly, in this article, I think it is a good idea to bring a backpack to Disney World! It will keep your belongings safe, and you can easily carry a lot of things. The shoulder straps help make it more comfortable, especially as you will be doing a lot of walking.
