The absolute best and most consistent place to see Elsa at Walt Disney World is the Royal Sommerhus in the Norway pavilion at EPCOT. This is a dedicated "Meet and Greet" location designed to look like a traditional Norwegian cabin where Elsa and her sister Anna appear together throughout the day. Unlike a parade where she only passes by, here you can actually speak with her and take photographs. Another fantastic way to see her is during the "For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration" at Disney's Hollywood Studios; while you don't get a personal meeting, she makes a dramatic, "snow-filled" appearance on stage at the climax of the show. During the holiday season, Elsa often appears in special cavalcades or shows at Magic Kingdom, such as "A Frozen Holiday Wish" where she "transforms" Cinderella Castle into an ice palace. For a dining experience, Elsa occasionally makes appearances at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway (EPCOT), though the lineup of princesses there can rotate, so the Royal Sommerhus remains the only guaranteed location for a one-on-one interaction.
