Where is the entry gate to Disneyland?

The main entrance to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park is located off South Harbor Boulevard north of West Katella Avenue, south of West Ball Road, and west of Interstate I-5.

The main entry gates for both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure are located in a central pedestrian plaza called the Esplanade. This area is situated off South Harbor Boulevard in Anaheim, California. If you are walking from the nearby hotels on Harbor Blvd, you will pass through a security checkpoint before entering the Esplanade; Disneyland Park will be on your right (East), and California Adventure will be on your left (West). If arriving from the Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals parking structures, you will take a tram or walk through the Downtown Disney District, which leads directly into the same central plaza. The gates themselves are marked by green turnstiles and "MagicBand+" touchpoints. To ensure a smooth entry, it is highly recommended to arrive at the security checkpoints at least 45 to 60 minutes before the official "rope drop" to account for the lines that form during the morning rush.
