Where should I go first Bangkok or Phuket?

Phuket requires atleast 4 days to explore while Bangkok will not take more than 2 days. It would make your trip smoother if you fly from Mumbai to Phuket and spend a good 4-5 days there. You can then go to Bangkok, where you can spend a day and a half and fly back to Mumbai in the evening.
