Changi Airport Terminal 4 presents an enchanting experience for all visitors, where culture, design and technology all come together. With giant kinetic structures, heritage-themed facades and immersive LED displays, here are 10 things to do when you visit Terminal 4.
It is about a 10 min walk. Jewel Changi is not located near Terminal 4. It is located near Terminal 1 (direct access), and connected via Linkbridge to Terminals 2 and 3. For Terminal 4, you will have to take a free shuttle bus to Terminal 2 first and then walk from there.
Take the free shuttle bus from Terminal 4 Arrival Lounge to Jewel/ Terminal 1 (opposite Jewel Level 2 Drop-off point). Direct shuttle bus service (T4 - Jewel) is available from 6am to 12am daily, while loop bus service (T4 - T3 - T1 - T4) is available from 1am to 6am daily.
Terminals 4, 5, and 6 use underground tunnels, and 6, 7, and 8 are connected via above-ground tunnels. International Terminal B is linked to Terminal 4 with an above-ground connector tunnel that has moving walkways. It takes around 5 to 8 minutes to walk between each terminal.

T1, T2 and T3 are all interconnected, which means you can go anywhere within those three terminals after immigration via walking or by the free Skytrains. This opens up opportunities to go shopping at more stores or go lounge-hopping.
Terminal 4 is a two-storey, 25-metre-high building with a gross floor area of 225,000 square metres. 17 stands are available for narrow-body aircraft, 4 stands for wide-body aircraft. A bridge across Airport Boulevard was constructed to enable buses and other airside vehicles to move from T4 to the aircraft stands.
T4 sits on the site of the former Budget Terminal but unlike its predecessor, T4 also serves full service carriers such as Cathay Pacific, Korean Air and Vietnam Airlines.
Find & Visit. The Lounge is in Terminal 4. After you go through security, you can find it just beyond the TSA checkpoints to the left of the escalators that take passengers downstairs to the gate level. Learn more about who can access the lounge.
Before the opening of Terminal 3, the Skytrain system was upgraded from the original Adtranz C-100 system to the new Mitsubishi Crystal Mover system, which expanded the service from a simple 2-station line to a 7-station network. All Changi Airport Skytrain services are free of charge.
