Doha, QATAR – Qatar Airways is to resume flights to London Gatwick Airport from 5 June, 2022. The multi-award winning airline will operate a daily service from Gatwick to Doha using a state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner featuring 22 seats in Business Class and 232 seats in Economy Class.
Qatar Airways has had no fatal incidents since it started operating in 1994 and has only lost two aircraft from incidents in 2007 and 2017. The first incident involved an aircraft being written off due to a fire in the hangar during maintenance.
Terminal 3 is used by the majority of the members of the Oneworldairline alliance: American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, Qantas, Royal Jordanian, and SriLankan Airlines. British Airways, which mainly uses Terminal 5, also offers some flights from this terminal.
