Which AmEx gets you into the Centurion Lounge?

American Express Centurion®, American Express® Platinum, American Express® Business Platinum and American Express® Corporate Platinum Card Members have unlimited access to The Centurion® Lounges for each American Express Card Account and are entitled to bring children 17 years of age or younger and up to two guests ...

Access to the elite American Express Centurion Lounges is primarily reserved for cardholders of the Platinum Card® (Consumer or Business) and the invite-only Centurion® Card (the "Black Card"). Additionally, holders of the Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card can access Centurion Lounges, but only when they are flying on a same-day Delta-marketed or Delta-operated flight paid for with an American Express card. As of early 2026, Amex has implemented stricter guest policies: Platinum cardholders must spend at least $75,000 annually on their card to unlock complimentary guest access (up to two guests); otherwise, they must pay a fee of approximately $50 per adult guest. To enter, you must present your valid card, a government-issued ID, and a boarding pass for a departing flight within three hours (or a connecting flight). These lounges are famous for their high-end "buffet" dining, complimentary cocktails, and amenities like shower suites or spa treatments, which are designed to offer a tranquil escape from the crowded main terminals of major airports like JFK, LAX, and London Heathrow.
