Which bioluminescent bay can you swim in?

The bioluminescent bay in La Parguera is the only bay in Puerto Rico where swimming is allowed and it adds to the true magical experience of the bay tour. On our bio-lagoon trips you will be provided with snorkel gear so you can dive under the water and swim amongst the glittering organisms.

Swimming. Swimming is Blue Bay Park is completely safe as the water is shallow near the shores. Water is crystal clear in this region and hence swimming here will be a whole different experience. Costal guards patrol here throughout the day to ensure the safety of the tourists.

Anyone can visit the beach, not just the resort guests and it is free. Kids played in the water and I was even able to go snorkeling, although there are better places to snorkel on the island (Shark's Cove and Hanauma Bay). Nice place to relax and swim and great for families.
