Which Disney resort is pet friendly?

As part of this programme, 4 out of our 26 resorts, have designated dog-friendly rooms. The 4 include Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney Port Orleans Resort – Riverside and Disney's Art of Animation Resort and the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

As of 2026, Walt Disney World offers four specific on-site resorts that participate in a designated dog-friendly pilot program. These include Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. While the majority of rooms at these properties remain pet-free to accommodate guests with allergies, select wings or floors are set aside for travelers with up to two dogs. Upon arrival, guests receive "Pluto’s Welcome Kit," which includes a mat, bowls, and waste bags. Nightly pet fees apply, ranging from $50 at the moderate and value resorts to $75 at the Yacht Club. For those with other types of pets or who prefer full-service boarding, the Best Friends Pet Hotel located on Disney property offers overnight stays, day camps, and grooming for dogs, cats, and small animals, ensuring your companions are well-cared for while you enjoy the theme parks.
