To beat the crowd, find a viewing spot at the end of World Showcase Lagoon nearest Future World (and the exits). Leave as soon as the show concludes, trying to exit ahead of the crowd (note that thousands of people will be doing exactly the same thing).

The more popular of the two is the bridge that is near the International Gateway Entrance to EPCOT. It is located past ESPN Club and before Disney's Beach Club. This is a great place to see the fireworks, because you are close! You might be able to hear the music from this location.
The final two “taco” barges have been removed from World Showcase Lagoon, signaling the end of Harmonious at EPCOT. Harmonious was originally designed to be a long-term replacement for Illuminations, but the unsightly hardware for the show proved to be its downfall.
The Skyliner is a great way to see the show! For Disney Enchantment, your ride of choice would be the ferryboats and for Harmonious it would be the Disney Skyliner.
Epcot Forever is definitely less of a production than both IllumiNations and Harmonious, but as always fireworks shows at Disney tug at your heartstrings and are really a perfect ending to any park day.
We enjoyed it a lot more than anticipated. It's just a fireworks show, but it's a pretty good one. There is really no need to stake out a spot as you can view it from pretty much anywhere around the lagoon. We appreciated the nods to old school Epcot in the music.
