Historically, the legendary duo Siegfried and Roy were synonymous with The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Their long-running show, which featured their iconic white tigers and lions, was the centerpiece of the resort's entertainment from 1990 until 2003. Although the show ended following Roy Horn's on-stage injury, their presence remained a permanent fixture of the hotel through the Siegfried & Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. However, in 2026, the landscape has changed significantly. As part of the Mirage's transition into the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, the Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat was officially closed in late 2022, and the animals were relocated to accredited sanctuaries. While there is a bronze statue of the duo outside the property to commemorate their massive contribution to Las Vegas history, there is no longer a live animal attraction or show associated with them at any hotel. Their legacy is now preserved primarily through museums and the statues that mark their historical home on the Strip, as the city moves toward a new era of entertainment.
