However, I am sorry to break it to you that, as of 2023, climbing is no longer allowed for Pyramid of Sun and Pyramid of Moon. We visited Teotihuacan in October 2022 and access to both these pyramids were closed for climbing.

Both pyramids open at Saqqara are smaller so the amount of stairs to get in is less than any of the Pyramids at Giza or Dashur. Outside surface looks like a pile of rubble but the inside have the Pyramid Text on the walls. The Pyramids at Saqqara are probably the easiest to get in and see.

Make sure you're wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. If you're planning to climb the pyramids, I might recommend against jeans. (That's just me.) Unlike other ancient sites I've visited — I'm looking at you, Angkor Wat — there is no dress code, so feel free to wear shorts and sleeveless tops.
