Which is better Star Tours or Smugglers Run?

Generally speaking, most guests don't have motion sickness issues with Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run. I think it helps that you have to look away from the screen and focus on actual tasks. Also, the whole ride experience is smoother and a lot less jittery than Star Tours: The Adventures Continue.

The Bottom Line. We think Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run is not to be missed. While not nearly as immersive as Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, it offers you the chance to yell things like, “Never tell me the odds!” while piloting the ship. Where else can you do that?

Smugglers Run can be intense at times. If little ones don't like being enclosed or the simulation of flying and other quick moments, you may want to avoid. Kids also have to sit in their own seat. Lap sitting is not permitted on this ride.

Expectant mothers should not ride. As I mentioned, Rise can be scary and a little too much for some guests and children. Cast members do their best to be reassuring without breaking character in my experience. Rise of the Resistance is open for Early Theme Park Entry.

It doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it's such a sleek next-generation wheel that you might not recognize its wheel-ness. Overall, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is a solid initial entry for Galaxy's Edge. Aside from hardcore Star Wars fans, this probably won't be the new favorite attraction of many guests.

My advice after experiencing both attractions would be to skip Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. While it is a great attraction, there are many jolts and lots of ups and downs as you make your way through space. Similar to Star Tours - The Adventure Continues, there is a screen in front of you.

Fear Factor: Medium. Some scenes are exciting, but not too scary. Herky-Jerky Factor: Medium to high. This star-chasing ride is smoother than when it first opened, but Disney still says it's not for anyone a neck or back trouble, heart problems or for expectant mothers.

Does Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run have drops? This isn't a coaster so it doesn't have traditional drops. There are some simulated drop moments though, but nothing too intense.
