Virgin Atlantic, despite being a newer member, offers competitive redemption rates for partner flights. For passengers based in Asia, Korean Air SKYPASS remains highly regarded for its excellent availability on its own metal, though it is harder to earn miles outside of flying. Ultimately, Flying Blue wins for most "award hackers" because of its sheer accessibility and the ability to book complex itineraries online with relatively low surcharges compared to some other European carriers.
