Which is the easiest island to get to from Male Maldives?

For us, Maafushi was the easiest first island to visit because it was only 30 minutes away and the local speedboat cost $25 each and left the airport at 10am. You can also get the local ferry at 16:00 which won't cost more than a couple of dollars. More on Maafushi below.
