There are two KLM Crown lounges at Schiphol. Lounge 25 is located in the Schengen area, on the second floor of Lounge 1 opposite the D-pier. Opening hours are 06:00 to 22:00. The entrance to Lounge 52 for intercontinental passengers can also be found on the second floor on Holland Boulevard.

Both lounges are accessible to Flying Blue Platinum and Gold members, SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers, and those flying in Business Class. In 2026, passengers without status can also purchase access for a fee, provided the lounge is not at capacity. The Non-Schengen lounge is particularly famous for its collection of Delft Blue miniature houses, which have become a signature symbol of KLM’s luxury service and Dutch heritage.
