Which part of Hawaii is least crowded?

We've been to Kauai, Oahu, and Maui - we find the Island of Hawaii to be relaxed and not crowded. All of the islands have quieter spots. Lanai is less touristy as is Molokai - but for Luxury Lani or The Island of Hawaii would be my choice.
