Which Royal Caribbean ships have ice skating shows?

Ice Skating Rinks on Royal Caribbean Ships All ships in the Voyager, Freedom and Oasis classes have rinks. The ice skating rinks are used for Royal Caribbean's ice shows, as well as being open to the public for recreational skating.

Several Royal Caribbean ships feature ice skating shows, but it’s important to note that the availability of these shows is subject to change based on ship deployments, refurbishments, and fleet updates.

Historically, the ships with dedicated ice skating rinks (Studio B) and regular ice shows have been the Freedom-class and Voyager-class vessels.

Here is a list of ships that have been known to have ice skating rinks and productions:

Voyager-Class (All have the “Studio B” ice rink)

  • Voyager of the Seas
  • Explorer of the Seas
  • Adventure of the Seas
  • Navigator of the Seas
  • Mariner of the Seas

Freedom-Class (All have the “Studio B” ice rink)

  • Freedom of the Seas
  • Liberty of the Seas
  • Independence of the Seas

Important Notes & Changes:

  1. Oasis-Class Ships: While the original Oasis-class ships (Oasis, Allure, Harmony, Symphony) were built with the “Studio B” ice rink, they have largely transitioned away from traditional ice shows. The rinks are now primarily used for open skating, laser tag, or other activities. Wonder of the Seas and Utopia of the Seas were built without an ice rink entirely.
  2. Quantum-Class & Icon-Class Ships: These newer classes (Quantum, Anthem, Ovation, Spectrum, Odyssey; Icon, Star, etc.) do not have ice rinks. They feature other major productions like Two
