Which seats are extra legroom on easyJet?

Looking at the seat plans rows 12 & 13 are exit rows so will have a lot more leg room than 'normal' rows. The downside from my experience of those rows on other airlines are (1) the tables are in the armrest so do make the seats slightly narrower and (2) these seats can be somewhat colder than other seats.

On easyJet’s Airbus fleet, extra legroom seats are specifically designated as "XL" and are found in Row 1 and the overwing exit rows (typically Rows 12 and 13). Row 1 is the most spacious, especially seats 1A, 1B, and 1C, which face the front door and offer almost unlimited knee room, though they have fixed armrests because the tray tables are stowed inside them. Rows 12 and 13 are located over the wings and offer a pitch of approximately 35 inches, which is significantly more than the standard 29 inches found in the rest of the cabin. It is important to note that while "Up Front" seats (usually Rows 2 to 6) are marketed as a premium option, they do not actually provide extra legroom; their benefit is primarily "Speedy Boarding" and quicker deplaning. When booking XL seats, be aware that you cannot store bags under the seat in front of you during takeoff and landing, and passengers in exit rows must be able-bodied and willing to assist in an emergency.

These are absolutely standard seats. Realistically the only good seats on EasyJet flights are the front row - row 1, and the two emergency exit rows, and you pay extra for these. Apart from that it's all the same apart from the back two rows which you might want to avoid because of people queuing for the toilets.

OK, so the back row is the single worst place to sit on a plane and you should steer clear of it at all costs. But which other seats should you avoid? All middle seats are unpopular for obvious reasons, and the seats in front of an exit row aren't ideal either.
