As of 2026, all United Airlines flights—both arrivals and departures—operate out of Terminal 2, also known as "The Queen's Terminal," at London Heathrow (LHR). United consolidated its operations here to facilitate seamless connections with its Star Alliance partners, such as Lufthansa, Air Canada, and Singapore Airlines. Upon arrival, passengers proceed through the state-of-the-art immigration hall on the lower levels of Terminal 2. For those arriving in United Polaris business class or holding Star Alliance Gold status, there is a dedicated United Arrivals Lounge located in the arrivals hall after customs, which offers shower suites and breakfast service. Terminal 2 is well-connected to central London via the Heathrow Express, the Elizabeth Line, and the Piccadilly Line, all of which are accessible via a short subterranean walk from the arrivals area.
