Who can use the BA Arrivals Lounge Heathrow?

Eligibility. The British Airways Arrivals Lounge in London Heathrow Terminal 5 is available for passengers who are: British Airways customers arriving in First or business (Club World) cabins.

Access to the British Airways Arrivals Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 is strictly limited to premium passengers arriving on long-haul flights. To enter, you must be arriving on a scheduled British Airways flight in First or Club World (Business Class). Additionally, Executive Club Gold members arriving on a long-haul BA flight (in any cabin) are granted access. Note that "long-haul" is key; those arriving on short-haul "Club Europe" flights are generally excluded. Unlike departure lounges, Emerald and Sapphire members of other Oneworld airlines (like American Airlines or Qantas) do not have access unless they are flying in the specified BA cabins. The lounge is designed for refreshing after an overnight flight, offering showers, breakfast, and even valet pressing services. It typically closes at 2:00 PM daily, so it is intended specifically for morning arrivals from the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
