Who can use the Concorde Room at Heathrow?

At 5,000 Tier Points (and 3,000 Tier Points each year thereafter) our Gold Executive Club Members and one guest have access to our Concorde Room lounge at London Heathrow when flying any class of travel with British Airways or other oneworld® carriers.

The Concorde Room at London Heathrow (LHR) Terminal 5 is the most exclusive lounge operated by British Airways, and in 2026, access remains strictly limited to a very specific elite group. Primarily, it is reserved for passengers traveling in British Airways First Class on a long-haul flight. Unlike other lounges, you cannot enter the Concorde Room simply by having Oneworld Emerald status or flying Business Class. The only other way to gain entry is by holding the British Airways Executive Club Premier Card (an invite-only tier for high-value corporate decision-makers) or by earning a "Concorde Room Card," which is awarded to Gold Guest List members who reach 5,000 Tier Points in a single year. Guests of these eligible travelers are permitted, but they must also be traveling on a British Airways or Oneworld flight. The lounge is famous for its private "cabanas" with day beds and en-suite bathrooms, full waiter service in a boutique dining room, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the runway, offering a level of tranquility and service far above the standard Galleries First lounges.
