Uber will never call, text, or email you to request your password, verification code, or banking details, so be cautious of anybody contacting you this way and asking for this information. And never add someone else's credit or debit card to your account.
By dialing the toll-free number 1-833-USE-UBER (1-833-873-8237) in the U.S., customers can speak with an agent in English or Spanish to request a ride on-demand or reserve one for a future trip. Uber has piloted ride-hailing via phone before.
On the Uber app, a rider can review their trips, click on a particular trip, and find the option to submit a dispute for the damage fee they were charged for. On the Lyft app, a rider can review their ride trips, tap “Get Help” and “Request a Review” for the additional fee that was charged to them.
