Who has worse traffic Houston or Dallas?

A study, using data going back to 2015, ranked traffic delay times in Texas's major cities and found the average Houston traffic delays to be 40.1 minutes in 2015 and 42 minutes in 2022. Houston's 2022 traffic delays were longer than Dallas, Austin and San Antonio.
