Who is eligible for Flagship lounge?

Customers who may access a Flagship® Lounge include customers traveling in a First or Business class cabin on qualifying international or transcontinental flights or other qualifying domestic flights marketed and operated by American, a oneworld® airline, or marketed by JetBlue* and operated by American, AAdvantage ...

American Airlines Flagship Lounges are premium spaces reserved for high-tier travelers and those flying in luxury cabins. Eligibility is primarily granted to passengers traveling in First or Business Class on qualifying international, transcontinental, or select domestic flights operated by American or a one-world® partner airline. For international flights, this includes travel to Europe, Asia, Australia, and parts of South America. Additionally, elite status members—specifically AAdvantage Executive Platinum®, Platinum Pro®, and Platinum®—can access the lounge when traveling on a qualifying international itinerary. Members of one-world® Emerald℠ and Sapphire℠ tiers from partner airlines also have access when traveling on any flight marketed and operated by a one-world carrier. High-level ConciergeKey® members have the most flexible access, permitted to enter on any same-day flight regardless of the cabin they are in. For those without qualifying status or tickets, American occasionally offers Single Visit Passes for purchase, typically priced at $150 or 15,000 miles, subject to capacity. Children under two are usually admitted for free, and eligible guests can often bring one companion or their immediate family depending on their specific status level.
