Who is the girl missing from Disneyland Paris?

The mother of a young girl who went missing while on holiday with her family at Disneyland Paris last month said her daughter has made contact with her. Amber Victoria Palm (17) moved to Co Cavan with her parents and younger brother last March, and disappeared while on the trip to Paris in August.

There is no officially documented case of a girl currently missing from Disneyland Paris, though the theme park is frequently the subject of persistent urban legends and "creepypastas" about child disappearances. These stories, often involving a girl who vanishes only to be found later with her hair dyed or in the company of a stranger, have circulated for decades and are largely debunked fabrications designed to create viral fear. Recently, a 16-year-old girl named Annie Kathleen was reported missing from Disney California Adventure (the park in Anaheim, USA) in early 2025, which briefly reignited global Disney-related missing person conversations; however, she was found safe in Mexico and reunited with her family shortly after. In Disneyland Paris, while children occasionally get separated from their parents for a few minutes, the park has extensive security, thousands of cameras, and immediate "Code Adam" protocols to ensure that no child leaves the property unaccompanied.

Disneyland is great for kids over the age of 7. So if you have 4 kids, 2 of which are under 7, you may have to watch which rides you can do. For my family, this meant that my oldest two (ages 9 and 10) could ride rides together while an adult rode with the younger kids (ages 2, 4, and 6).
