Who is the new owner of Atlantis?

Brookfield took over Atlantis in late 2011 when its previous owner Kerzner International transferred ownership in a debt-for-equity restructuring deal. Brookfield at that time exchanged $175 million worth of Kerzner International's debt in return. Brookfield Asset Management declined to comment.

Atlantis doesn't do “free” well, so by “free” I really mean, you can enter for free, but it's assumed you'll spend money while you are there. Don't expect to access much of the property. Without a Day Pass you'll likely not be able to get past security to see much of the resort.

Generally, a family of four can expect to spend between $300 and $800 per night at Atlantis Bahamas; however, prices can fluctuate due to supply and demand. We searched prices for 2023 and found that the cheapest option is off-season at The Coral for $206 per night.
