The restaurant is the first collaboration between co-owners and childhood friends Gilles Malafosse (Le Flandrin, Pétrus), Laurent de Gourcuff and Benjamin Cassan. The trio envision Monsieur Bleu as a place for pre-club cocktails and nightcaps, as well as dining.
