Who owns the Spring House on Block Island?

WEST WARWICK, R.I. — The deal is only 24 hours old and must still go through closing, but Frank and Cathy DiBiase, owners of Block Island's Spring House Hotel and several other restaurants, are planning to become the new owners of the West Valley Inn.

The Harborside Inn, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, went up in flames late Friday night. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time, but investigators believe it started in the hotel's first-floor kitchen.
