Why did my magic key pass disappear from my account?

If your Magic Key Pass has not yet reached its expiration date, then it's probably just a glitch in the technology! You can simply relink your Magic Key to your Disneyland account by entering the original barcode into the Disneyland app.

If your Disney Magic Key has vanished from your Disneyland app in 2026, it is most likely due to a temporary technical glitch or your account being logged out. Disney's app frequently updates its security protocols, which can sometimes "refresh" your Tickets and Passes section and hide your linked entitlements. Another common reason is expiration; once a pass reaches its anniversary date and is not renewed within the 30-day window, it is automatically purged from the digital wallet. To fix a glitch, you simply need to re-link your pass using the original confirmation barcode found in your purchase email. Tap "Tickets and Passes" in the app, click the "+" sign, and select "Link Tickets & Passes." If the pass still doesn't appear, or if you suspect it was deactivated due to a payment issue (for those on monthly installments), you should call the dedicated Magic Key Holders Line, where a Cast Member can verify your status and restore the pass to your 2026 account.
