Why didn t the Eiffel Tower sparkle last night?

Since 23 September 2022, as part of the City of Paris energy saving plan, the Eiffel Tower lights are switched off at 11.45pm (lighting and beacons), so the last sparkle is at 11pm along with the golden lighting.
