Why does Disney ticket say 1 day remaining?

If you are seeing 1 day remaining on your ticket, this means you have one day remaining on that ticket to use. So if you had a 3-day ticket and used two days, it would tell you that there was one day remaining. It would also tell you one day remaining if you have a 1-day ticket and have not used your day yet.

Note that most multi-day tickets are valid up to 13 days after the first use. So after using one day of a non-promotional multi-day ticket, be sure to schedule or reschedule your other available park days within that window of validity.

When you purchase your Theme Park tickets you will see that you'll have a range of dates that these tickets can be used. For a five-day ticket, you'll have the ability to visit the Parks over a range of eight days. All of your tickets must be used within that valid 8-day window. After this, your tickets will expire.

The answer is the MagicBand! Your resort reservations are linked to your MagicBands through your My Disney Experience account, and, during Extra Magic Hours, you must scan your MagicBand to enter the park early. Or, during evening Extra Magic Hours, you must scan your MagicBand at any rides or attractions.

If the ticket has not yet been used, you can reassign a ticket to another person on your Family & Friends list. To do so, visit the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, locate the ticket you wish to reassign and select the “Reassign Ticket” link to the right of the ticket.
